Refund Policy

At AMALY, we believe that every purchase should bring joy. If, for any reason, the product you selected does not meet your expectations, we will ensure that the return process is simple, quick, and hassle-free.

1. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

2. Products must be in their original packaging, with an intact commercial appearance and all attached labels.

3. Returned items must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

4. The refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, the amount will be refunded to the bank account provided by you.

5. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of incorrectly delivered or defective products.
